Learning Management System (LMS) Upgrade

As the project lead for IHOP's LMS upgrade, I managed the entire migration process, including user and training records migration, content compatibility updates, and franchisee communications. The project involved coordinating with IT partners to integrate point-of-sales systems and creating new training materials.

Highlights:

  • Completed the migration in just 6 months

  • Facilitated seamless communication with 1,600+ restaurants

  • Implemented a ticketing system to address franchisee concerns
