Passionate about creating engaging and impactful learning experiences, I am an experienced Instructional Designer with over 10 years in the field. My expertise lies in conducting needs analysis, identifying SMART learning objectives, and developing course content. Since 2016, I have primarily worked with IHOP, and successfully managed large-scale projects that has grown our training engagement from 2% to 94%.

Outside of my professional life, I am a husband, father, and photography enthusiast. My competitive nature and drive for continuous learning have shaped my career in instructional design, pushing me to create innovative learning solutions.
